Each course is facilitated by an instructor who provides individualized feedback to every participant. Please ask questions about the course content or contact us if you need technical support. We believe this interaction is vital in the learning process, as all course topics require some objective reflection, and students gain valuable knowledge from a professional’s feedback.
Courses will be graded by the instructor within three business days of your course submission (submission of the last and final activity), excluding holidays. This three-day period begins the day after submission and ends at midnight on the third business day. Courses require at least 70% to pass/receive a certificate of completion. If a student is missing quizzes or activities, or required to resubmit an activity, the three-business day window will be reapplied. You must contact the facilitator if you have resubmitted any material. It is important for students to complete and submit all course materials at least a week before their 60-day enrollment ends. If a student is dropped, it delays the grading process.
You can contact your instructor by email. Visit the Course Facilitators page to find the email address for each instructor. You can also contact the facilitator by the specific class located in “My Courses” (on the top right of the screen after logging in). Click on the appropriate course. From there, you should be able to scroll down and see Course Contacts on the left side of the page. Click "message" associated with the facilitator and it should take you to a messenger.
Synchronous
Many of our courses are available on-demand, 24/7. The exceptions to this are synchronous courses which have specific beginning and end dates and are time-limited. Contact us for more information regarding synchronous courses.
