Participants will learn why it is important observe and record the behaviors and interactions of young children in their care. They will be provided with necessary guidelines and rules for observing and recording behaviors and interactions in their childcare facility. Finally, caregivers will gain an understanding of how to interpret and report data gathered through observation to families and professionals.
