This course is only for Montana child care providers.
This course will explore key areas for entry level trainers to understand and consider when planning and presenting training session. Participants will gain an understanding into the necessary skills and dispositions of effective trainers, the dispositions and types of adult learners and how to prepare for a training session. All of this information will help to create a productive, applicable and engaging training experience for attendees.
