Child Care Resources has been around for over 50 years, striving to support early childhood professionals and families with young children.

Child Care Resources recognized the need for more convenient training opportunities for early childhood professionals, so we launched this site in 2009.

We believe our courses supply training of the highest caliber. All materials are authored by professionals in their field; see our Course Authors page for more information. Each course is also facilitated by an instructor who provides individualized feedback to every participant. Please ask questions about the course content or contact us if you need technical support. We believe this interaction is vital in the learning process, as all course topics require some objective reflection and students gain valuable knowledge from a professional’s feedback.

Course Development Guidelines

Online courses require specific manuscript preparation and formatting to successfully translate to an internet environment. Based on online education research and Child Care Resources' experience developing and teaching distance learning courses, and the standards set by the Montana Early Childhood Project, the following guidelines for course development have been established.
