This course will help participants to recognize possible signs of abuse and neglect. Participants will learn the legal requirements for reporting abuse and neglect, as well as how, where and when to make a report of suspected abuse or neglect to Centralized Intake. Under Montana Law and Child Care Licensing rules, child care providers are mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect.
