    Directors spend a tremendous amount of time training staff on communicating with children, recording observations, and building relationships with parents. These are also vital skills to develop as a Director when working with staff. Finding a team can be challenging and retaining excellent staff can often be more difficult. In this course, we will explore ways to set clear expectations, create open communication, complete observations, and then cover the importance of providing feedback.
