This course is only for Montana child care providers.
In this course we will cover Marge Carter and Deb Curtis’ 7 Dispositions of Early Childhood Teachers and Lilian Katz’ 4 Developmental Stages of Early Childhood Teachers. We will review the Knowledge Base and the Montana Early Learning Standards in regard to training approval and their purpose. In addition, we will briefly discuss the necessary components of the Instructional Plan and the Code of Ethical Conduct for Adult Educators. A brief discussion on dealing with challenging participants and confidentiality is also included.
