With certain children, mealtime can be a battle. It is difficult to tell which child will be an inclusive eater and which child will be a picky one. This three module course introduces concepts such as the division of responsibility in feeding (the provider is responsible for offering a choice of foods, the child is responsible for the choice of which foods to eat), scientific and biological factors behind a child's eating habits, and methods of making meal time fun and interesting while teaching children about food variety. With some new strategies, mealtime can once again be an event of discovery, joy, and satisfaction for you and your children.
