Child Care Resources serves as the centralized online learning agency for the state of Montana. Courses specific to Montana’s Best Beginnings STARS to Quality program are offered on ChildCareTraining.org. These courses have been developed by the Montana Early Childhood Services Bureau.
The Best Beginnings STARS to Quality Program is a continuous quality improvement program for early childhood education in Montana! This voluntary quality rating improvement system (QRIS) aligns quality indicators with support and incentives for early childhood programs and early childhood professionals. STARS is currently in a field test stage in order to assess and evaluate the program, and work through any challenges. Infrastructure information continues to be refined, finalized and updated.
Montana’s Early Childhood Services Bureau is dedicated to helping children and families succeed by increasing the affordability, accessibility and quality of early care and education.
This project is funded (in part) under a contract with the MT Department of Health and Human Services. The statements herein do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Department.
