This class is created by Montana Child Care Business Connect and funded under a contract with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA).
Montana needs child care slots open. Much of our state is a child care desert. This is a community with too few child care slots for the number of children who need them. The work you are doing is in fact the MOST important work. Because the work you do is so important to the success of our community, we need your business to THRIVE. It is the goal of this workshop to provide you with four skills that have been proven successful in combatting burnout. Spend your time igniting a spark in Montana’s children, while you fuel your own as well.
Participants of this workshop will leave with skills in:

- The power of habit- rewire your brain for business success.
- Support systems- creating a winning team.
- The importance of your personal well-being – Scientific ways to train your brain so it won’t burn out.
