Course Grading

Your course will be graded within three business days. Our courses are graded by instructors, who provide constructive, individual feedback for each student. The instructor will assign individual percentage grades to each Activity. Students will receive an email notification when the instructor has graded an activity.

Students must receive an overall score of 70 percent or higher on the course to pass. Those earning a "passed" score will be able to download their Certificate of Completion.

Participants who score below 70 percent on the overall course receive a "not passed" grade, but have the opportunity to resubmit the course. Students may read the instructor's feedback, improve upon their answers and resubmit the activity. If the student then earns a grade of 70 percent or higher, they will pass the course and will be able to download their Certificate of Completion. Please note that the Certificate of Completion will display the date the course was passed, not the date the course was submitted for grading.
