In module one, we will get to know the primary farm to school and farm to child care organizations and their websites, full of information and free activities for you to try out. You will also consider what makes the most sense for your facility and how to get parents involved. Module two explores the gardening portion of farm to early child care, and how your unique facility can support your ideas. The third module helps us understand ways to procure local foods within CACFP guidelines and ideas for meal planning.
*Fully Automated: These classes do not offer feedback from an instructor unless you complete the extra credit activity. They are graded automatically and your certificate is available immediately upon the course being successfully completed.
