Toxic stress, adversity, and trauma are unfortunately common experiences for child care providers, families, and children alike. Resilience offers an avenue to help lessen the negative outcomes of adversity and proactive strategies to support staff, families, and children in building the relationships and spaces necessary to thrive. This course provides the necessary background information to empower child care providers to utilize individual and organizational strategies to support child care professionals, children and families in growing their resilience skills.

*Fully Automated: These classes do not offer feedback from an instructor unless you complete the extra credit activity. They are graded automatically and your certificate is available immediately upon the course being successfully completed.
