This course highlights the daily obstacles early childhood leaders face and the risks of leaving them unaddressed. It explores how unresolved issues evolve into systemic administrative burdens, including low morale, high turnover, and frequent conflict. Ultimately, participants will learn how these internal challenges directly impact a program's ability to achieve successful educational outcomes.
*Fully Automated: These classes do not offer feedback from an instructor unless you complete the extra credit activity. They are graded automatically and your certificate is available immediately upon the course being successfully completed.
