This course, Your Road to Leadership As An Early Childhood Educator, identifies ways educators can assume informal and formal leadership roles to influence and enhance goals related to their classroom, their program, and the field of early childhood education. The course shares leadership roles and practices that enhance their everyday work with children, families, colleagues, and the community. Finally, the course looks at avenues that grow leadership roles, including goal-setting and reflection.
