Re-Enrollment

You must be re-enrolled by the Child Care Training Help desk. You can submit a Ticket here. When you contact us, Please include the Name of the Course, your  First and Last Name and that you need to be Re-enrolled. If you try to re-enroll yourself, your course activity will not be pulled up, you will be stuck in the course, and you will not be able to progress. Please see our Policy Page and our FAQS for more information.

You must leave at least 3 (more is preferred) business days (excluding holidays and weekends) during your enrollment for instructors to grade your work. Instructors cannot grade any coursework when you are no longer enrolled in the course.
