Lucy Marose has been with Child Care Resources since 2005. Lucy works for CCR as the Infant/Toddler Coordinator, an Inclusion Specialist, an Early Childhood Specialist, and a Professional Development Specialist. Lucy has worked as a Contract Program Evaluator and an Accreditation Observer for the National Association of Child Care Providers (NAFCC), and an Early Childhood Project-Longevity Clause Observer. Lucy holds a B.A. in Social Work, a Master’s of Education in Early Childhood and Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Special Education. She also completed the Graduate Preparation Project through Child Care Plus+ and the University of Montana. Lucy currently teaches classroom and online courses for the University of Montana-Western. Early on in her career, Lucy taught in a Head Start classroom for several years, and, when her children were young, did in-home child care. Kristin Morss has been the Finance Manager at Child Care Resources since 2007. Kristin is responsible for the accounting and financial functions of the agency. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Montana. Kristin has over five years of experience in non-profit accounting and is able to utilize her skills from both a non-profit and for-profit business perspective. Michelle Parks is Child Care Resources' Operations Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing CCR's different departments. Michelle is a Level III on the Montana Early Care and Education Practitioner Registry and is a member of the Trainer Registry. Michelle has been with CCR for over eight years, beginning in the training department developing classroom trainings and delivering the Starting Out Successfully program. Jennifer Swartz is a Professional Development Specialist at CCR. Jennifer has worked in early childhood education since 1997 when she worked as a Family Home child care provider and as the Assistant Director of NAEYC accredited Kinderhaus Montessori School in Missoula, MT. Jennifer earned a B.A. from the University of Montana, has achieved a Level VI on the Child Care Practitioner’s Registry through the Early Childhood Project at Montana State University, and is a member of the Trainer Registry.
