Our training website is currently unavailable. The company that hosts our site recently had a major technology crash and several attempts to upload backups of our site have been unsuccessful, resulting in participants’ inability to access their coursework online.

What is being done?

We assure you that we are working as diligently as possible to remedy the situation. For some time, we have been redesigning our training site to offer new features and easier navigation. Our redesign efforts mean that we currently have the new site almost ready to go live. Our current plan is to provide access to our redesigned site as soon as possible.

What this means to you

The people most affected by this are those students who have registered, paid and possibly started a course without final confirmation of completion. We ask your patience whenever possible; however, we understand that many of you need these hours to verify your annual training requirements. If this is the case, please call Provider Services at (406) 728-6446 or (800) 728-6446 and we will work with you to make sure you get the training credit you deserve.
